About volumetric weight
DHL charges by whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5,000). For bulky-but-light items (plushies, figure boxes), EMS or airmail is often cheaper.
Tracking & insurance
EMS, DHL, airmail, and air packet all include tracking, visible from your My page after dispatch. EMS includes standard indemnity, and you can add insurance when requesting shipment.
