Three ways to buy

There are three ways to get Japanese products delivered overseas. If you can order from Japanese online stores yourself, use forwarding. If you cannot pay on Japanese sites or prefer not to navigate them, use proxy buying. For the easiest start, shop directly in our store.

• Forwarding: get your own Japan address on sign-up and use it at any Japanese online store.
• Proxy buying: send us a product URL, approve the quote, and we purchase it for you.
• Store: pick items on our site and pay in your currency.

How forwarding works

• 1. Register for free and get your own Japan address with a member code
• 2. Shop at any Japanese online store and ship items to that address
• 3. We receive and inspect your packages — they appear on your My page (photo option available)
• 4. Consolidate multiple packages into one shipment to save on shipping
• 5. Choose a shipping method (EMS, DHL, airmail, surface), pay, and track your shipment to your door

How proxy buying works

• 1. Submit the product URL with quantity, color, and any preferences
• 2. Receive a quote covering the item price and service fee
• 3. Approve and pay the quote — we purchase the item
• 4. Once it arrives at our warehouse, it ships overseas just like forwarding

How fees work

You pay a forwarding fee (by weight band), international shipping, and any options you choose. Proxy buying adds the item price and a service fee. International shipping depends on weight, destination, and method — check it in advance with our estimate tool.

Payment methods & currencies

We accept credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal. In the store you pay in the displayed currency (USD when browsing in English).

Typical timeframes

Domestic delivery to our warehouse usually takes 1-3 days and inspection happens the same or next business day. International transit is typically 3-7 days by EMS, 2-5 days by DHL, and 1-3 months by surface mail, depending on customs.
